DO YOU KNOW WHAT THIS FLAG IS ?
INVERGORDON CUB SCOUTING IS DOING WELL IN THIS BUSY BLACK ISLE TOWN FAMOUS FOR IT'S NAVAL DOCK AND PORT FROM BEFORE THE 1900'S.
CRUISE LINERS CALL IN LARGE NUMBERS NOW FOR THE SHELTER OF THE CROMARTY FIRTH IN THE DEEP WATER ANCHORAGE. COACHES CALL IN EACH VISIT TO TAKE PASSENGER AWAY ALL OVER THE HIGHLANDS SIGHTSEEING AND GETTING A REAL 'TASTE' OF SCOTLAND. A GREAT THRILL FOR ALL IS THE PIPE BAND PLAYING ON THE QUAYSIDE.

Back to the flag - it is the Scottish version of the national Cub Scout Flag with the Saltire Cross as part of the flag.
The green flag with yellow lettering version is for Scout Troops
There are some very old flags about with a WOLF head used on flags made before 1967
I noticed an old dark coloured Saltire Flag at our Dornoch Parade was superimposed with an Arrowhead and lettering. Can anyone tell us when this was made. We are still waiting for a Group to read this page (2009) !!
