A cold weekend for Ross & Sutherland Scouting to remember for years to come.  WE escaped the worst of the rain and gales that ruined many a Camp in Southern England and Western Scotland.  Loads of Bases for our young people to be busy with, may be out camping for the first time learning the tricks of how to keep warm and dry outdoors.

The Parade of Campers from Castle Leod to Strathpeffer Centre was on a very chilly evening, with impatient young and adults waiting to see the Pipe Band.  No camping for your Editor with back problems and working weekend, but we watched the Parade with the new Area Flag looking great.
